Cancelling, in four steps
- 01Sign in and open Billing from the account menu.
- 02Choose Cancel subscription.
- 03Confirm. That is the whole of it — no reason required, no telephone call, no retention offer.
- 04Your plan keeps running to the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops.
Cancelling is deliberately the same number of steps as subscribing, through the same channel. If Billing is unreachable, email support@ihslothianprojects.com and we cancel it on the day the message arrives.
Open BillingRefunds
Contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — a message here is usually settled the same day, and a dispute takes weeks. Duplicate charges, charges after a cancellation and charges at the wrong amount are refunded without argument.
If you are a consumer you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a new subscription. The Refund Policy sets out how that works and includes the model cancellation form.
Card details
Payment is handled by a regulated payment provider certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Card details are entered on their hosted page over a TLS-encrypted connection and never reach our servers.
We hold a token, the card brand, the last four digits and the expiry month. Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
What we cannot help with
We cannot value a business, say what you should ask for, or judge whether your figures are good. We hold no financial data and we are not qualified to answer, so an answer from us would be worth nothing and might cost you something.
We can tell you why a block will not fit, why an export is blocked, why a chart is drawing the way it is, and what happened to a charge.
